All Pittsford Musicals volunteers and staff as well as individuals who purchase tickets to a Pittsford Musicals show are invited to attend the Pittsford Musicals Annual Meeting. Those who are 18 years and older are eligible to vote in the election of board members and on other agenda items.
2010 Annual Meeting and Election
The 2010 annual board meeting was held on January 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the VanHuysen Senior Center, 3750 Monroe Avenue.
Six board members were elected from a slate of nine candidates. The minutes from the January 2009 Annual Meeting were approved during the meeting.
